We offer a fully accessible complaints procedure and employ cross infection procedures HTM01-05, data protection, patient confidentiality, non hazardous materials, safe waste disposal, radiation protection. We ensure we meet the Care Quality Commission's regulations, maintaining compliance, having passed our practice inspection in May 2013.
For purposes of patient, staff and premises safety, the ground floor area and reception lobby are monitored by CCTV.
